Growing up in West Ghana, Justin Amankwah's family wanted him to be a doctor., but he preferred the idea of entering the world of entertainment. After doing a ton of theatre, he made his screen debut in the 2016 comedy Fat Pizza vs. Housos. He moved to the small screen to star in the dating during the apocalypse drama Love Bug, but really hit it big back in Australia when he played Kwame in the world famous chef has to move to a small Aussie town show Aftertaste.
