The British motto “Keep Calm and Carry On” definitely applies to English actor Kris Marshall. After training at the Redroofs Theatre School, the redheaded hottie sizzled on the sitcom My Family (2000-2005). In 2002, Kris won the British Comedy Award for Best Newcomer as he popped up in the serious screen adaptations of Doctor Zhivago and The Four Feathers. But the cute dude really stumbled into a classic when he was cast as homely Colin Frissell (who hooks up with Wisconsin beauties January Jones, Elisha Cuthbert, Ivana Miličević, and Shannon Elizabeth) in Richard Curtis’s holiday dramedy Love Actually (2003). Recurring roles on the small screen shows My Life In Film (2004) and Murder City (2004-2006) followed. In between, Marshall’s buns and blurry bits could be seen in Funland (2005). At the risk of repeating himself, Kris bared his butt again in Catwalk Dogs (2007). After suffering head injuries from a car accident in 2008, the sexy survivor bounced back to reveal his rump in the romp A Few Best Men (2011). Through the years, he continued to appear on film (A Few Less Men, Father Christmas Is Back); on stage (Glengarry Glen Ross, Ugly Lies the Bone); on radio (The Diary of Samuel Pepys); and on TV (Citizen Khan, Death in Paradise, Better Things). Recently, he was featured alongside Rose Williams, Theo James, and Ben Lloyd-Hughes in the Jane Austen-inspired miniseries Sanditon (2019). No doubt, Kris’s stiff upper lip (as well as his naked T&A) charmed viewers who got stiff down south!
