He's a hairless Briton with a teasing twink toy boy torso!  Teddy Moynihan has burst onto the scene on the 2019 horror TV series V-Wars and with a cutie pie cleft chin, he has stolen the show!  Well, he definitely has stiff competition because of perennial vivacious vampire, Ian Somerhalder being cast opposite him.  I guess if you're going to have this many hot guys on one show, the only logical explanation is the supernatural, and this Teddy bear is definitely supernaturally fine.
