Actor Theo James is finally talking about his epic nude scene that kicked off the second season of the HBO hit series The White Lotus. Everyone’s been speculating about what was presumably a prosthetic penis being worn in a scene where he undressed in front of Aubrey Plaza, which he had already been revealed to be a lot less aggressive than the full frontal they originally filmed. Welp, Theo has now confirmed what most of us suspected:it was indeed a fake - and it was “ginormous.”
He recently appeared on The Tonight Show hosted by Jimmy Fallon, who was dying to discuss the “Loch Ness monster” he sported in “the scene that everyone is talking about,” or, as Theo called it, “the pee-pee scene.” After some joking around, Theo admitted he was indeed wearing a prosthetic that he described as “nine inches flat and about four inches wide” and (referring to the show’s makeup artist) “It's like she stole it off a donkey in the field.”
So yes, Theo James has officially been inducted into the Prosthetic Penis Hall of Fame alongside some of the greats, including Sebastian Stan in Pam and Tommy and Mark Wahlberg in Boogie Nights. But - we’ll always have The Time Traveler’s Wife when we want to see the real thing!
