Boogie Nights (1997)

Director Paul Thomas Anderson attempts to make sense of the carnal circus of the porn industry in Boogie Nights (1997). Through the eyes of its dysfunctional performers, Anderson gives a glorious and ghastly look at the inner workings of the golden age of porn---when sex was safe, and the performers were hairy. It's 1977 and Eddie Adams (Mark Wahlberg) is just a gorgeous high school dropout living with his mom and working as a nightclub busboy. Also, we see several scenes of Mark’s sweet cheeks while he’s screwing seventies starlets. Now, the infamous scene of Wahlberg revealing his big boogie after giving himself a pep talk in the mirror might have been using a prosthetic, but we're sure Mark's manhood isn't far off! At one point in the movie Jack Horner tries to cut some corners and use amateurs as his porn stars. He grabs Kai Lennox out of a bar and tries to have him rail Heather Graham in the back of a limo.
