It's a Shame (2011) most people didn't know anything about this drama, other than that Michael Fassbender shows off his ridiculously huge hog in it. Even George Clooney couldn't stop joking about the size of that cock, going so far as to crack a joke at The Golden Globes about being able to use it as a golf club! Grip it and rip it! But if you were able to resist the urge to fast forward to the peen scene, you were rewarded with a slow burn drama about sex addiction that's rather touching, no pun intended, for once. Michael Fassbender is Brandon Sullivan, a full-blown sex addict in British director Steve McQueen's NC-17 flesh fest. Brandon's an outwardly successful Manhattan businessman whose entire private life is centered around his sex addiction. And we mean addiction. Brandin feels the need to spew seed almost every hour. And while he's an incredibly attractive, successful man, he will resort to some rather unattractive women, low rent hookers, and anyone else who will help him get off to find some satisfaction. When his sister Cissy (Carey Mulligan) shows up for an unannounced visit in desperate need of a place to crash, Brandon’s carefully cultivated façade of normalcy comes crashing down around him. From his sis Cissy realizing just how much porn he has lying around, to Brandon getting beat up at a straight bar and hitting up a gay club looking for head instead, Brandon's world of weird comes crashing down on him. Can he stop thinking with his cock in time to take care of Cissy? Or is Brandon's obsession with draining his ballbag going to be a lifelong struggle he'll never be able to kick? Speaking of kicking, let's talk about that third leg. If you're a Fassbender fan, you'll be pleased to learn he's done an excellent job "fleshing out" his role. With man-on-man action, Michael making babies with some girl in front of a window, and several full-frontal moments that expose his monster man-meat, Fassbender amply proves he has nothing to be a-Shame-d of in this erotic flick.
