Squid Game (2021)

Brief Nudity

Review

Squid Game (2021) is a Netflix original series that comes to us from South Korea where a futuristic game is played in a dystopian society. Hundreds of players who are in dire need of cash answer a weird invitation to play a game that will reward the winner with a lot of cash - 40 million dollars to be exact. When the players arrive, they find that they are being asked to play a series of children's games. But these aren't the games that they all played as children. These games end up having life or death consequences. Players start dying or killing each other as part of the game and once the games begin, there is no quitting. Quitting means death! Now it is up to the remaining players in the game to stay strong, make alliances, and do anything that they can to survive. Since these are children's games (for the most part), there are not a lot of nude scenes. No one got nude playing Red Light Green Light (or did you?). That being said, three guys do show us some skin. Park Hae-soo and Lee Jung-jae are players at odds with each other, but both look amazingly buff and beautiful when they take off their shirts. They are not the only shirtless gentleman in this show. Geoffrey Giuliano wears a disco animal mask and only that when he presents a player with a different kind of game. He tells him to perform oral sex on him to help his gameplay, but the player winds up pulling out a gun. Hey, is that a gun in your hand or - oh, it's a gun. Nevermind!
