Kids love when the circus comes to town, just as adults would love to go to town on Andy Serkis. The English actor, voice-over artist, director, and owner of The Imaginarium production company is one of the highest-grossing performers of all time! Through the years, the Lancaster University grad has put his stamp on motion pictures (13 Going on 30, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, The Adventures of Tintin, The Prestige) as well as television shows (Little Dorrit, The Letter for the King), and stage plays (Hurlyburly, Othello). The multi-talented man also portrayed real-life serial killer Ian Brady in Longford (2006), physicist Albert Einstein in Einstein and Eddington (2008), and musician Ian Dury in Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll (2010). The latter paid off with a Best Actor nomination from the BAFTA Awards. If that’s not impressive enough, the marvelous talent entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe via the blockbusters Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Black Panther (2018), and The Batman (2022).
