The life of Irish eyeful Gabriel Byrne sounds like it came right out of a novel! As a young man he spent five years in seminary school training to be a priest. He left that to go to college, then worked as an archaeologist, a cook, a bullfighter and a school teacher before finally focusing on acting at age 29.
