Carlo Basabe is a Mexican actor who gained wider attention playing advertising executive Carlos Alazraki in the 2025 mockumentary Autos, Mota y Rocanrol, a comedy about the creation of Mexico’s legendary Avándaro rock festival. Basabe also joined the Telemundo crime drama Dinastía Casillas as Carlos Casillas and has appeared in productions including La Máquina and Lo que la gente cuenta. But it's the Netflix drama series My Daughter’s Father that has us saying, daddy! Basabe plays the younger version of Emilio Martínez, a man whose one-night stand with a woman results in a pregnancy.
