Biography

Emmanuel Kabongo’s childhood was not an easy one, to say the least. He was born in The Democratic Republic of the Congo, but when civil war broke out, his family was forced to flee to South Africa. In 1998 the family moved to Toronto, and Emmanuel and his future Texas Longhorn star brother excelled at basketball. While he was good at it, Emmanuel, who speaks five different languages, preferred acting and turned down a college scholarship to try and chase his dreams. After having to clean toilets to finance his risky decision, Emmanuel started landing tiny roles on shows like Nikita, Flashpoint and Murdoch Mysteries. Emmanuel's career really got going in 2014, when he joined Jon Snow himself, Kit Harington, as an African gladiator in Pompeii (2014). If those two had kissed, there would have been an eruption in our pants! From there, he started landing recurring roles like when he played Marshall on the werewolf drama Hemlock Grove, before really hitting it big as Junior Lolo on Netflix's soccer drama 21 Thunder. Emmanuel will cause a storm to erupt in your pants when you see him shirtless on that show. Despite being in his late 20's, Emmanuel easily portrays a younger than 21 soccer superstar who stands in line with some other guys wearing only a pair of shorts letting us see his washboard abs and very impressive chest. He'd have us pitching a tent every time he was on the pitch! Emmanuel also went shirtless when he played a boxer on an episode of Frankie Drake Mysteries. We had to take our boxers off while watching him shadowbox, all sweaty and tough looking. He didn't suck as Jack Fields on V-Wars, but we're really excited to see Emmanuel in the rom-com Write Place, Write Time. Write this down because you know it's true: We'd let Emmanuel pound our ass like a Kabongo drum!
