Multitalented performer Fred Armisen is hard to miss these days. He started out as a musician, playing drums in several bands and learning guitar before also becoming an actor. Various small performances on different TV shows eventually lead to a spot on the cast of Saturday Night Live for him, where he first really earned a name for himself in the public eye. He stayed there for a while, appearing in films including EuroTrip (2004) and Anchorman (2004) in the meanwhile, before eventually departing, just before which he co-created the critically acclaimed IFC sketch series Portlandia. The series, which lampoons certain curious personality types that reside in Portland, Oregon, stars Armisen and musician Carrie Brownstein in a number of different character roles, most of which are very silly. Armisen briefly gets seriously sexy, however, in a season three episode in which he stands naked in a shower, giving us a nice (if brief) look at his great ass through the glass of the shower door. There's little doubt in the minds of flesh fiends that Fred would willingly shed his threads again for the right skin-ful role. In the meantime, you at home waiting with bated breath might as well familiarize yourself with some of his other work on the big and small screen. See Fred (or hear his voicework) in TV series such as Robot Chicken, The Kids in the Hall, What We Do in the Shadows, Los Espookys, Big Mouth, Documentary Now!, and many more to come. Mr. Armisen makes us want to Armi-come!
