Who wouldn’t want to blow Windy City native Freddy Rodríguez? The Chicago-born hottie has been steaming up the big and small screens ever since the 1990s. Early on, he acted alongside cinematic studs Keanu Reeves, Giancarlo Giannini, and Anthony Quinn in A Walk in the Clouds (1995).
