Bonny Hugh Bonneville is a bear of a Brit, which may explain why he was in the Paddington (2014, 2017) flicks. Of course, the skinternational star is best known for playing the Earl of Grantham on the small screen saga Downton Abbey (2010-2015) and its big screen sequels Downton Abbey (2019) and Downton Abbey: A New Era (2022). No doubt, he was well cast since the chap was born into a privileged life. After graduating from the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, the beefy brunette shared the stage with fellow actor Kenneth Branagh in Hamlet (1992-1993). Their association proved beneficial since Branagh-the-director cast him in the film Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein (1994). By 1999, Bonneville popped up in the lighthearted romances Notting Hill and Mansfield Park alongside Hugh Grant and Jonny Lee Miller, respectively. Yet it was the biopic Iris (2001) that boosted his career (as well as Mr. Man’s trousers). As a young Jim Broadbent, Hugh shows off his broad shoulders, bare back and nude booty when he goes for a swim. No wonder, the revealing role resulted in a BAFTA nomination for Best Supporting Actor! Twelve years passed before we got another heaping helping of his heinie. On the premiere episode of the costume drama Da Vinci’s Demons (2013-2015), a nude Hugh flashes his fleshy T&A! Suffice it to say, he looks like one of Da Vinci’s master-pieces of ass! Whether on film (Tomorrow Never Dies) or on TV (Beau Brummell: This Charming Man), Mr. Bonneville sends us to Bonerville!
