For more than six decades, Jack Donner proved to be the proverbial veteran actor. Following his movie debut in the crime flick Invisible Avenger (1958), the California son scored guest spots on a host of TV shows (Death Valley Days, Dr. Kildare, Get Smart, Have Gun - Will Travel, I Dream of Jeannie, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Mission: Impossible, The Monkees, My Favorite Martian) in the 1960s. Through the years, Jack portrayed Tal on the boob tube classic Star Trek: The Original Series (1968) and on the subsequent podcast Starship Excelsior (2016). In between, he was cast as a Vulcan priest on Star Trek: Enterprise (2004) and a wedding guest in Star Trek: Of Gods and Men (2007).
