Performance artist and punk rocker Jean-Louis Costes' on stage antics have led some to compare him to GG Allin, but Costes is substantially more talented as a musician. Costes' film career is an interesting one, having appeared in some of the most controversial and subversive French films of the early 2000s including Baise-Moi (2000), Life Pornography (2003), and most notably in Gaspar Noe's Irreversible (2002), where he appears in the sex club at the beginning of the film. We get a nice look at his ass and butthole as he fists himself while Vincent Cassel and Albert Dupontel look for another man!
