Not to be mistaken for the eighteenth century Spanish naval officer of the same name, José Solano is a fine actor that hails from Inglewood, California. Once named one of the “50 Most Beautiful People in the World” by YM magazine, a U.S. publication once popular with teenagers, José has certainly lived up to such a lofty title. While the handsome, honey-skinned actor made his acting debut with a small role in the Spanish drama El Dorado (1988), most know him for his ab-blazing, recurring role as Manny Gutierrez on the ultra-popular boob tube series Baywatch. We were definitely watching, but our eyes were not on the bay; we were gazing at his smooth, well-defined physique. After he left the beach, José earned a guest appearance on the boxing-themed Showtime series Resurrection Blvd. On the pilot episode of the series, the hunky actor bared his buns while being caught by his girlfriend in the middle of banging another chick.
