Juan Pablo Olyslager is one sexy beast. This typically bearded hottie hails from South America and began his career in the Guatemalan movie La casa de enfrente, aka Exxceso (2004). It took him some time before he did his next projects, playing Tono in La bodega (2010); Carlos in El Xendra (2012); Chris in The Killing Hour (2016) (this one was a US production, so you may have caught the horror flick somewhere on late-night TV or an obscure streaming channel); and Domingo in Septiembre un llanto en silencio (2017), aka September (2017). Then came one of his most famous roles, in the movie Temblores (2019), aka Tremors. Juan Pablo stars as the character Pablo, a recently out gay man who goes to a Christian conversion facility for the sake of his straight marriage and family. Enter lots of naked guys, some who shower with with our hero. In another scene, Juan Pablo strips naked for an exam, and to get a shot in his dick (ouch, cringe, ick, no, just no). The doctor asks him to lift his balls, and although we don’t directly see it, the thought of being that hand upon those testicles sets a tremor down Mr. Man’s own spine. Juan Pablo won himself some awards for that role, including the Grand Jury Award at L.A. Outfest for Outstanding Performance in an International Narrative. Outstanding.
