This is a Vivamax film alright. So what is Kapalit about? Vivamax up-and-comer Cess Garcia plays a home nurse named Audrey tasked with caring for the very sexy sick wife of a very sexy man. The wife is named Demi (Rica Gonzales) and the husband is Stan (Matthew Francisco). Audrey develops feelings for Stan and uses her sexual wiles to replace Demi. Naturally a film of this nature is primed for dudity. Matthew Francisco shows his butt in lots of lengthy soft-core sex scenes, while Chad Alviar joins in on the fun for one scene. Long live Vivamax!
