Standing at 6’ 2”, Lance Reddick looms over the entertainment industry. The heady hottie studied at Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester in New York and Boston’s Yale School of Drama in Massachusetts. Since then, he’s appeared in Hollywood blockbusters such as Godzilla vs. Kong (2021) and the John Wick franchise (2014-2023) starring Keanu Reeves. In between, Mr. Reddick could be seen alongside Aldis Hodge, Eli Goree, Kingsley Ben-Adir, and Leslie Odom Jr. in Regina King’s film One Night in Miami… (2020). Of course, Lance is best known for his recurring role as Detective Johnny Basil on the gritty HBO drama Oz (2000-2001). Even though the arresting actor teased us with a bit of skin, the prison-set series left us wanting more — a lot more! Lance continued his law enforcement-related roles, portraying FBI Agent David Park on CSI: Miami (2005-2006) and Deputy Chief Irvin Irving on Bosch (2014-2021). The boob tube babe also played Matthew Abaddon on Lost (2008-2009); Phillip Broyles on Fringe (2008-2013); Christian DeVille on Corporate (2018-2020); and Albert Wesker on Resident Evil (2022). Never one to rest on his laurels, Lance lends his voice to animated shows (DuckTales, Castlevania, Paradise PD, Tron: Uprising) and video games (Destiny, Horizon Forbidden West, Quantum Break). But we prefer his topless turn as Cedric Daniels on The Wire (2002-2008). HBO’s crime drama is good but gets even better when Reddick reveals his bare back and muscular rump during a hump! Perhaps that’s why you can’t spell Reddick without dick!
