When it comes to sensing the commanding presence of kiwi cast members, Mark Ferguson marks the spot! The New Zealand-based Australian actor has been building up his bulging resume since the early eighties. After graduating from the National Institute of Dramatic Art, the saucy Aussie cut his teeth on one of his homeland’s biggest soap operas, Sons and Daughters (1982-1984), for an impressive 210 episode run. The small screen stud also scored key roles on various shows, including A Country Practice (1982-1987), Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (1995), and Xena: Warrior Princess (1995-1999). Through the years, Mark could be seen on 800 Words (2017) and heard on Power Rangers Mystic Force (2006), Power Rangers Operation Overdrive (2007), and Power Rangers Beast Morphers (2020). Over on the big screen, the sexy thespian was cast as Gil-galad, one of the last High Kings of Middle Earth, in Peter Jackson’s epic The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001).
