Morgan David Jones has a moniker that conjures up Captain Morgan and Davy Jones. Needless to say, whenever we hear his name, all we can think of is a pirate’s booty — especially since the Aussie Adonis has an ass you could bounce a quarter off of! After graduating from Australia’s leading acting school, Morgan worked alongside Cate Blanchett and Joel Edgerton during the international tour of A Streetcar Named Desire which led to a Helen Hayes Award nomination. In addition to gaining praise and accolades, Morgan nabbed guest spots (Man Seeking Woman, Home and Away) and recurring roles (The Whispers, Murdoch Mysteries) on television shows. He also could be seen in the TV movie Pride, Prejudice and Mistletoe (2018) and heard on Let’s Go Luna! (2019). Through the years, the boob tube babe played John Peabody in the miniseries Tsunami: The Aftermath (2006); Jeffrey on the historic fantasy Reign (2015-2016); John Dyson on the Western drama Damnation (2017-2018); Jack Frost on the superhero saga Jupiter’s Legacy (2021); and Hank on the romance series When Hope Calls (2019-2021). But we’re more turned on by his shirtless turn on V Wars (2019). The Netflix offering features Ian Somerhalder, Adrian Holmes, Teddy Moynihan, and Morgan’s manly chest! Never one to rest on his laurels, the skintastic actor popped up in Aaron Sorkin’s crime flick Molly’s Game (2017) starring Jessica Chastain, Idris Elba, Kevin Costner, and Michael Cera. After rubbing shoulders with so many big wigs, we’d love to rub on Morgan’s big… shoulders too!
