Over Christmas (2020)

Over Christmas (2020) is definitely not a conventional holiday story. This German TV mini-series follows Bastian, a wannabe musician in the city who comes back home to his adorably quaint German hometown for Christmas. This is not just a holiday visit. He is experiencing his first Christmas without his ex, he is tired of working in his IT customer support job, and his music career does not appear to be going anywhere. He feels like no one is taking him seriously, so he decides to go home to recharge his soul. That definitely does not work out the way that he hoped it would. When he gets back home he finds out that his brother is now dating his ex. What?! How did that happen and when?! Those are the questions that Bastian has. This horrible surprise turns his relaxing home getaway into a nightmare as he is forced to accept his brother dating the woman who broke his heart. Not only that, but his parents are acting strange and it turns out that they also have a secret that they are keeping from their son. All of these things will be revealed and dealt with Over Christmas. Luke Mockridge plays Bastian who makes his Mr. Man debut with a steamy shower scene. We unfortunately do not get to see what is below the belt, but we get to enjoy his burly chest. He also takes off his shirt when hooking up with a lucky lady. That's one unwrapped package we want to see under our tree.
