Ringo: Glory and Death (2023)

The series Ringo: Glory and Death, which debuted on Hulu in the US in March, 2023, is based on the life story of legendary Argentine boxer Oscar “Ringo” Bonavena, played here by Jerónimo Bosia. The eight episode miniseries chronicles his rise from obscurity to the top of the boxing world, garnering his famous nickname because he sported a mop top similar to that of the Beatles drummer. Along the way he battles some of the biggest names in boxing like Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali, leading up to his untimely death at Nevada's Mustang Ranch when he was only 33. Jerónimo Bosia is electrifying in the lead role and naturally spends a ton of time without his shirt on. Sadly, apart from nicely bulging out his underwear, he doesn't really show us anything below the belt!
