Sasha Roiz is an interesting character. The sexy actor was born in Israel and reared in Montreal. It was in Canada where Sasha was bitten by the acting bug, and where he started to hone his talents on the theater stage after spending some time studying in the UK. With a body better than dudes on roids, the trilingual Sasha Roiz made his screen debut on an episode of the thrilling German TV show based off a Belgian comic book Largo Winch, then did a bunch of bad TV before playing Parker in the bad Jake Gyllenhaal global warming flick The Day After Tomorrow (2004). He showed us nothing as Chazz Banks on the sex expert comedy Show Me Yours nor while playing Jason Elias in Assault on Precinct 13 (2005), Manolete in Land of the Dead (2005) or Donald Tilson in Man of the Year (2006). Sasha had a good run as the Ha'la'tha enforcer Sam Adama on the Battlestar Galactica prequel Caprica, but also did some one offs on episodes of House, Castle, and while playing the man who invented the phrase "The Aluminum Monster" Adriano Calvanese on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. In 2017, Sasha landed the role of Portland PD Captain Sean Renard on Grimm. That NBC fairy tale drama was where Sasha finally extracted his amazing body from his clothes, showing his sexy chest on an episode of the fantasy series. He doesn’t look grim, he looks fit and trim! Sasha does a ton of video game voice work, while also playing former Baltimore cop Marcus Diamond in Warehouse 13.
