Steve Mateo hails from Toronto, Canada, where this Great Northern cutie began his interest in all things entertainment. That is right: Steve Mateo has always been here to entertain and entertaint us all. He began his career as an actor in the early 1990s and even starred in some plays, including the all-gay gay comedy called Crumple Zone at Rattlestick Theatre in Greenwich Village where he co-starred as Roger alongside the one and only Mario Cantone. So, yes, Steve has acting chops and gay cred because he is himself an openly gay actor and writer. He has starred as a dancer in Pushed to the Limit (1992), Anvil in Vice Academy 4 (1995), a doorman in the iconically gay classic Leather Jacket Love Story (1997), and Brock in Vice Academy Part 6 in 1998. That was his last on-camera acting gig, but he did return to film to write and produce the TV movie Woodie's Kitchen in 2011. All of this is great, but none of his roles hold a candle to his amazing performance as Professor Kaufinger in 1991's Vice Academy Part 3. Not only was this his feature film debut, but it was also his nude debut. Fancy that! He gets walked in on naked and his back is turned to the camera, so we get a long lingering stare at his butt.
