The 8 Show (2024-)

Netflix is going all in on K-everything, and we couldn't be happier. 2024's answer to Squid Games, The 8 Show, is just as riveting and twisted as anything we've seen from Korea's powerhouse television output. So what is The 8 Show about? This is a survival drama, much like Squid Games, in which eight contestants are trapped in an eight-story building, and made to play twisted and lethal games in order to earn money. Unfortunately, we are here to report that this is not The 8 Inches Show. Not by a long shot. Netflix pulled back majorly on The 8 Show, only delivering brief bunnage from Park Hae-jun. Ryu Jun-Yeol comes in with an underwear assist. What's the point of having sexy Korean men on our television screens if they're not naked? We demand answers, Netflix! Nonetheless, Park and Ryu are so hot that they may still make you K-pop one off.
