Big Bet (2022-2023)

The South Korean series Big Bet, which premiered on Hulu in the United States in the winter of 2023, stars Oldboy's Choi Min-Sik as Cha Mu-Sik, a man who has risen through the ranks of the gambling world in The Philippines to become the most powerful casino mogul in the country. All of that is threatened when he is accused of murdering a competitor to his throne, a crime he didn't commit, causing him to have to go on the run and use all of the skills he once used as a younger man—played in flashbacks by Lee Kyu-hyung—to clear his name and restore his empire.
