A French Gigolo (2008)

The French romantic comedy A French Gigolo (2009) is a sort of Belle de Jour in reverse, telling the story of Marco (Éric Caravaca), a hunky construction worker who spends his nights working as a male prostitute under the name of Patrick to help support his wife’s (Isabelle Carré) hair salon. But complications arise when one of his clients, Judith (Nathalie Baye), falls in love with him and his wife finds out what he’s been up to. Now that’s a bizarre love triangle! But there’s nothing bizarre about Éric Caravaca’s backside, which he quickly flaunts when he gets out of bed with a customer. Mr. Man would like to give this Frenchie a run for his money!
