The French romantic comedy A French Gigolo (2009) is a sort of Belle de Jour in reverse, telling the story of Marco (Éric Caravaca), a hunky construction worker who spends his nights working as a male prostitute under the name of Patrick to help support his wife’s (Isabelle Carré) hair salon. He's not your typical macho, muscular and suave sex worker. Instead, Marco is a kind of goofy, endearing, every-day dude who is earnest and honest as well as super-hot. It's not long before one of his clients, the bitter divorcee who no longer believes in love, Judith (Nathalie Baye), falls in love with him! Marco's wife finds out what he’s been up to but also realizes he's using his French cock to finance her dreams, so she actually encourages him to keep going since the money is so much better than in construction. Now that’s a bizarre love triangle! How's Marco going to juggle these two ladies and manage to keep them both happy? It's going to be tricky! Critics applauded this one for presenting all sorts of interesting questions about how we use people for sex, but for a French flick about selling dick, there's not all that much nudity. The love triangle might be bizarre, but there’s nothing bizarre about Éric Caravaca’s backside, which he quickly flaunts when he gets out of bed with a very satisfied customer. Beat that money-making rear Richard Gere! She's doing some post-sex cuddling and playing with his hair, when he pops up and boom, derriere! Shake that moneymaker! After seeing Marco's first class ass, Mr. Man would like to give this Frenchie a run for his money! A French Gigolo will definitely have you jiggling your baguette!
