Chicago's own Anthony J. Caruso may have gotten his start, as most hunky guys like him do, with some smaller roles on daytime TV. But he's become much better known for directing gay-centric flicks. Mr. Man's favorite genre! Originally intending to be an actor, Anthony first hit the screen in 1999, on an episode of Chicago Hope. After popping up on both One Life to Live and All My Children, he did some uncredited work on big shows like Sex and the City and Saturday Night Live. But eventually Anthony realized he could craft a better script than the ones he was getting, so he first ventured behind the camera when he wrote and directed the short film We Are Family (2012). Fam, that one was a drama about a closeted soap opera star and the partner who is sick of having to pretend to be his buddy. We'd pretend to be his butler if it meant we got to play with that butt! But while that one laid the groundwork, Anthony really hit it big thanks to his feature film directorial debut: the 2017 indie flick he also wrote and stars in, Brotherly Love. Continuing the closeted gay man theme, in that one Anthony plays a conflicted priest who must choose between the church, and the man he loves. God, or the bod. Be a good Catholic or get some good, thick dick. Call me father, or call me daddy. Okay, we'll stop. It won all sorts of awards at queer centric film festivals, because it's a great movie. But brother, you're going to love it not just for the plot, but because it's hot, hot, hot. As Brother Vito, we first see Anthony's shirtless body as he lounges on his bed, before hopping up to get dressed. He might as well have kept the clothes off, since a little later and we see Anthony doing the dirty deed with Derek Babb. At one point, there's a shot of Babb putting it into Anthony's buns. We'd be happy with either of those guys between our thighs. We haven't seen Anthony since, but we assume he's working on his next gay drama. Mr. Caruso, you so sexy!
