Model, influencer, and now actor, this muscly Mexican has moved his washboard abs from TikTok and Instagram (and his hundreds of thousands of followers) to HBO Max for the drama Te Quiero y Me Duele (I Love You, and It Hurts). Known for fashion campaigns like the 2023 one for Jean Paul Gaultier’s Scandal perfume, César is making an even bigger name for himself as the LGBTQ+ character DJ on the YA romance. He shares a number of skintillarting scenes opposite fellow cutie Pablo Carnes as the two play tonsil hockey and spoon shirtless. We love it, but it does kind of hurt not to get any below the waist action. Hopefully, now that he’s is a full-fledged star, seeing César’s salad tossed is even more of a possibility!
