For being only born in 1998, the ever-charming Charlie Tahan has a body of work that'll blow your socks off when you look at it. Charlie got a start as a child star in movies like I Am Legend (2007), opposite Will Smith, and also playing Zac Efron's younger brother in Charlie St. Cloud (2010). Well, Charlie is all grown up now and is taking on some seriously sexy bad boy characters on TV playing the Scarecrow on Gotham but also coming in hot with his scrappy boy appeal on the hit Netflix series Ozark, where he is regularly shirtless and looking sexy as heck. We'll take a slice of that hillbilly white bread any day of the week!
