David James Elliot is an Canadian actor so sexy that he had us reaching for our jag rag while watching CBS. Born September 21, 1960 in Toronto, Ontario, the 6'4 performer grew up in Milton, Ontario but split time with his dad's family in the Bahamas. His musical interests led to him quitting high school to try and make it as a rock star, but he returned to finish high school at age 19. Instead of becoming the next Jon Bon Jovi, after graduating from Ryerson Polytechnic University and spending some time acting with the Stratford Shakespearean Festival, he headed to LA to make it as a movie star. Thanks to his movie star good looks, David found success rather quickly. David's early work included playing Cadet Baxter in Police Academy 3: Back in Training (1986) and Otto Kempter in The Climb (1986). David found recurring small screen success as Nick Del Gado on the long running Canadian crime drama Street Legal and by going opposite Shannon Tweed as small plane pilot Mack Sheppard on the Canadian comedy Fly By Night. He stuck to the small screen, but made his way to American stuff by playing Agent Paul Robbins on The Untouchables, and Carl, the pro-life mover Elaine has to dump despite his hotness on an episode of Seinfeld. But in 1995, David landed the role that would make him a star: Harmon Rabb Jr. on CBS' military court drama JAG. We love a man in uniform, but we love a man out of uniform just as much. Mr. Man's not ashamed to say he had plenty of discharges in David's honor! That show was on CBS for a full decade, which limited David's ability to appear in movies and other TV shows. A 1996 pick as one of People Magazine's 50 most beautiful people in the world, after playing James Conlon on CBS' Indiana set crime show Close to Home, David appeared in the Lifetime film Love Sick: Secrets of a Sex Addict (2008). That's the closest to a nude scene we've ever gotten from David, as David is shirtless for a scene where he has sex with a woman. His meaty chest shows that he's dropped and given twenty, plenty of times. Wish he'd drop his pants and give us a show! David returned to major league television by playing Wells Green Rich's head man Dave Wooster on Mad Men, then played Harmon Rabb again on a few episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles. He was Bill Boones on the Jumper (2008) spinoff Impulse, James Davis on Netflix's ice skating drama Spinning Out, and Tom Spade on Starz's pro wresting drama Heels, but hasn't found another huge hit like JAG. Most recently he joined Ryan Phillippe in the thriller Collide (2022). Hopefully he gives us a nude scene someday.
