Like many aspiring stars, Dhruv Ganesh’s start in the entertainment business came in school when he took some drama classes in college and fell in love with acting. After college, he worked on a few short films then had a couple of small parts before landing a starring role in Loev (2015). Sadly, his career was just starting to take off when he contracted tuberculosis and it took his life. He had recorded a voice role for the movie Hanuman Da’ Dmadaar (2017) before passing away that was released after his death. In Loev Dhruv played a gay man in a complicated relationship. We see the handsome young man making out with another guy in one scene they laying face down on the bed with his boxers pulled down, baring his cheeks in another.
