Every Year After (2026)

The YA romance series craze of the 2020s continues with the 2026 Prime Video series Every Year After! Based on the 2022 book Every Summer After by Carley Fortune, the series follows lifelong friends turned lovers Persephone “Percy” Fraser (Sadie Soverall) and Sam Florek (Matt Cornett) as they disconnect and reconnect over the years in the seaside town of Barry's Bay. When Sam leaves for college, Percy flees suddenly after and stays away from home for over a decade, until a funeral brings her back to Barry's Bay to finally confront the scandalous reason for her hasty exit! Spoiler alert, when Sam went away to college, Percy slept with his older brother Charlie (Michael Bradway), causing her to flee the scene rather than confront the truth. Look, both guys are impossibly hot, so it's a win-win for her, but in the literal battle of the bulge, the cut Michael Bradway takes the edge over the slimmer but cuter Matt Cornett! Sadly neither of them doff their duds entirely, but they both look great shirtless, this year and every year after!
