Following the lives of the dysfunctional Flowers family, the darkly comic British TV series Flowers explores some of the lesser looked at life dramas. Mourice (Julian Barratt) is the father who makes his living writing oddly dark children’s books. His wife Deborah (Olivia Colman) believes he is having a gay affair with the man who illustrates his books.
