He's a rapper, a hunk, and now he is even an actor. Who says you can't be considered a good actor if you are just playing yourself? He probably plays a VERSION of himself, anyway. And, besides, are not all celebrities playing a role for the public? We digress, but we are talking about the rapper GaTa who is a thoughtful musician that will bring this kind of pensive side out of you - as well as a side that likes to get downright dirty and party all night long. He is a comedian and a rapper who also happens to be the real-life hype man of Lil Dicky aka Dave Burd. Davionte "GaTa" Ganter not only does this in real life, but he made the transition to doing this in Lil' Dicky's FX original series Dave. In the show, he tries to help his friend become the best rapper of all time by being his super supportive hype man. This makes him essential to Dave's crew - as it would to any crew. His character in the show comes out as being bipolar in a really stellar episode that talks openly about mental health. He plays Gata in Dave (2020) - himself - and goes shirtless in one episode where the crew is in a small hotel room. He is wearing his superhero pajama pants and no shirt to let us really check out his tattooed and slim figure. Look at those lank arms and those fit abs. If only we could get a little closer!
