Gus Kenworthy. Let’s all pause for a moment to appreciate the gift that is Gus Kenworthy. An Olympic-level athlete with the body to prove it, he just seems to get better and better looking, and more and more charismatic, and the kind of guy Mr. Man would like to be friends with. The Olympic skier won a silver medal at the 2014 winter games in Sochi, Russia, then came out of the closet in 2015 during an interview with ESPN. In addition to athletics, Gus (short for Augustus) has amassed a huge social media following thanks to his LGBTQ activism, and of course, his super-hot bod. And speaking of his bod, it made Mr. Man so happy to see Gus team up with Ryan Murphy for American Horror Story: 1984. He played Chet Clancy in the 2019 chapter, and in one particularly great shower scene, the camera focuses on a beautiful set of rippling abs—that was Gus! He’s also appeared on screen as the skier in Sharknado 5: Global Warning (how can you not admire the guy for having a little fun?), was Steve in an episode of the Will & Grace re-boot in 2020, and is Jimmy in The Sacrifice Games (2023) feature film. As his beautiful, beautiful self, he’s been on Beat Bobby Flay in 2019 and RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars in 2018 as a judge, and competed on The Challenge: Champs vs. Pros in 2017, as well as Celebrity Family Feud in 2016. He was also a regular on the Netflix reality series Coming Out Coltonin 2021. And, of course, you can see him in reruns of the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang and competing for Great Britain (where he was actually born) at the 2022 Beijing games. (Wait, what? Yup, Augustus was born in the UK and moved to Colorado when he was seven.)
