As the 2022-2023 television season chugs along, networks and streamers are continuing to announce which shows are done and which get to live another day. And unfortunately, there have already been more than a few series that feature great nudity who did not survive the chopping block. Read on to see which of our favorites won’t be coming back…
The Time Traveler’s Wife
We already knew Theo James’ time-traveling librarian wouldn’t be back for a second season by the time he was donning that prosthetic on The White Lotus, but it doesn’t mean we won’t miss seeing the real thing.

Westworld
After four seasons, HBO shockingly announced the hit sci-fi show was done for. It was a kick to the gut for Man members as this the award-winning drama was known for its nudity. It’s definitely a sadder, less naked world without it.

Gossip Girl
HBO Max’s reboot of the saucy teen drama won’t be back for another season and, frankly, we’re not sure what we’re gonna do without hotties like Thomas Doherty and Cole Doman steaming up our screens ever week.

Pennyworth
This DC prequel on Epix about Bruce Wayne/Batman’s butler Alfred served up some delicious booty before it was canceled after three seasons.

American Gigolo
A sort of sequel series to the 1980 film of the same name, taking place after male escort Julian Kay (now played by Jon Bernthal) is released from prison for a crime he didn’t commit. He reluctantly falls back into his career, which means we were gifted some of Jon’s best nude scenes to date, including a quick flash of taint!

Queer As Folk
Peacock had recently brought back the gay classic, with sexy young nudecomers like Devin Way and Steffan Argus, only to pull the plug after one season.

Uncoupled
A gay comedy from veteran writer Darren Star lead by Neil Patrick Harris about a gay man being launched into an unfamiliar world of dating and dick pics seemed like a sure thing, but Netflix ended the show after just one season.

Why Women Kill
Perhaps it proved too spicy for CBS streaming audience who weren’t used to seeing so much amazing ass from the likes of Matthew Daddario, Kevin McNamara, and Reid Scott, but whatever the reason, plans for the third season of this dark dramedy were ultimately scrapped.
