When rumors started circulating that Robert Pattinson would be the next Batman, the internet feigned outrage. There was even a petition to stop this decision from being finalized. We at Mr. Man were a little confused by this outrage. Sure, Robert played a glowing vampire in Twilight - and did so really sexily we might add - but that didn't mean he couldn't also don some tight spandex and save Gotham. In fact, we think Robert is really qualified to be Bruce Wayne. Here's why:
He's hot. Mostly, that's our number one reason, but he's also a good actor with a great body to match. He was really good in the film Good Time if you want actual evidence of his acting prowess, but if you want evidence of his staying power as a piece of eye candy then check out his ass in Bel Ami.
He also played Salvador Dali in the film Little Ashes in which a slightly paunchier Robert posed in a mirror by tucking his cock. Batman probably won't need to have tuck skills, but if he does then Robert is already ahead of the game.
