With the announcement that Hero Fiennes Tiffin is set to play a young Sherlock Holmes in an upcoming UK series, it got us thinking here at Man Central about other men who’ve donned the iconic detective’s deerstalker hat. And wouldn’t you know it - a lot of them have gone nude!

We start our list with Jonny Lee Miller, the one-time modern Sherlock on the CBS series Elementary. The sexy Surrey native has gone shirtless countless times, but the closest we’ve come to seeing Jonny Lee Miller nude was during a very long-distance shot in the sequel T2 Trainspotting when he was running through a field with Ewan McGregor (who is the master of nudity and hopefully gave him some pointers).

Luckily, the rest of these hotties have gone a lot further, from Henry Cavill nude in The Tudors (he plays Sherlock in Netflix's Enola Holmes movies) and David Thewlis nude in the aptly titled Naked and his gay romp with Leonardo DiCaprio, Total Eclipse. Thewlis is another Sherlock newbie, he’ll be playing him in a 2025 series called Sherlock Daughter in 2025. We hope he'll be solving the Mystery of the Missing Clothes!
