Boxer Josh Taylor is one of Scotland's most decorated athletes. He is a light welterweight champion who has earned a lot of acclaim for the United Kingdom with only his fists. This hunk hails originally from Prestonpans in Scotland and he originally started his fighting career in taekwondo where he was a junior athlete. He was much more interested in using his fists, so he ventured over to boxing where this Scottish champ became one of the few Scottish boxers to qualify for the Olympics in 2012. He lost to an Italian boxer, but that did not stop him from getting better and better. He went on to win multiple Commonwealth Championship belts. He has an astonishing record as a fighter and all of this is documented in the BBC Scotland documentary Josh Taylor: Portrait of a Fighter in 2022.
