The mesmerizing Mihai Arsene is an actor best known for his work in Snatch, Strike Back (2013), and Baptiste (2019). Mihai was born in Pitesti, Romania on August 24, 1970 and made his onscreen debut in Kick-Ass (2010). This rugged Romanian shows some skin for his role as Constantine Zidaru in the TV series Ransom.
