Already a TikTok sensation, this elegant member of the San Francisco drag scene was a contestant on the fifteenth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Originally from down south in Charlotte, North Carolina, Princess Poppy started performing in drag at age eighteen and slowly developed an alliterative fairytale persona to showcase their acting, rapping, singing, and dancing talents. The comedic queen makes an artsy entrance in the premiere episode and then gets shirtless in the dressing room while sizing up the competition. Poppy may be royalty but Drag Race fans know that if they want to win this crown, they better werk.
