Biography

Though Ron Silver is no longer with us—esophageal cancer got the best of him in 2009—his manly legacy carries on, thanks to his substantial roles on the popular boob tube shows Rhoda, Baker’s Dozen, Chicago Hope, and Veronica’s Closet. But the studiously handsome actor in mainly known for his big screen roles in the films The Entity (1982), Eat and Run (1987), Timecop (1994), and Danger Zone (1996). Mr. Man took notice of Ron when he played the stalking, crazy commodities broker in the crime thriller Blue Steel (1990). In multiple scenes of bloodiness and weirdness, Ron got in touch with his psycho character by getting nude and going crazy, flaunting his beautiful buns in the process. Mr. Silver is sterling!
