The Pink Cloud (2021)

The Pink Cloud (2021) is a fascinating film from Brazil that clearly had some pandemic inspiration. A pink cloud suddenly appears in the city and no one knows where it came from or why. What they do know is that it is toxic! Everyone is told to sit inside and stay calm when officials try to figure out how to combat the cloud or wait for it to pass. Giovana is a woman who is suddenly stuck inside with a man that she only just met. The man is named Yago and the pair met at a party the previous night. They went home together and did not expect to be quarantined inside together - they barely know each other. The two develop a world together as the literal years pass. Yago is blissful to be living like this, but Giovana feels increasingly trapped. Eduardo Mendonça plays Yago who will make you swoon when you see his ass in one scene where this naked man saunters over to a computer screen that is playing a sexy lady on it. Forget the lady, we are focused on Eduardo's backside!
