American Guinea Pig: Sacrifice (2017) stars Roberto Scorza as a man who is deeply haunted by his past and his father's death. The man who is addicted to self-harm goes into a bathroom alone and decides to face his demons. He does this in truly bloody and unique ways, including taking out his penis and sticking a screwdriver up his pee-hole. Yikes!
