Devil Times Five (1974)

The forgotten horror classic Devil Times Five (1974) is also known as People Toys because it centers around a bunch of psychopathic children entertaining themselves by killing people in unique and interesting ways. The film kicks off with a van carrying a bunch of kids to the "State Mental Hospital: Children's Acute Ward" crashes in the California mountains, setting Hannah (Gail Small), Susan (Tia Thompson), Moe (Dawn Lyn), David (Leif Garrett), and Brian (Tierre Turner) loose on the world. At the same time, Julie (Joan McCall) and Rick (Taylor Lacher) head to their remote cabin alongside Papa Doc (Gene Evans) and his trophy wife Lovely (Carolyn Stellar), as well as businessman Harvey (Sorrell Brooke) and his wife Ruth (Shelley Morrison). Don't worry about their personalities, they're killer kid cannon fodder. The grownups are all set to have a good time, when the kids come knocking looking for help. They claim to be heading to Hollywood to film a movie and beg to stay the night. The adults agree, only to watch Moe toss Papa Doc's pet piranhas into Lovely's bath so they'll eat her to death, pour gasoline all over Ruth and light her on fire, and commit a bunch of other horrifically cruel killings that these kids think are super fun. No corn creature necessary, these killer kids are doing it just for kicks! From Boss Hogg to the iconic teen idol turned cautionary tale, this one's full of familiar faces before they were famous. Taylor Lachner never hit the levels of fame those fellas did, but he definitely steals the show when he bears his booty while stepping out of a shower and getting busy with some bimbo in the bedroom! No killer kidding, those buns are beautiful! You could say that the devil made you do it, but we think this film will make you have an orgasm five times!
