Hans Van Tongeren is a ruggedly handsome fellow that had a tragically short life, one of which he shared with us for a brief time through his contributions to the movies. The Dutch hunk simultaneously made his acting and nude debut in the manic depressive romantic drama Spetters (1980), proving to moviegoers everywhere that he wasn’t afraid to go the extra mile for a role. During an awkward scene of love making with his woman, Han’s hog is out for all to see as his girl gives it a few quick, encouraging strokes. Also, in an amazingly awkward moment that is not the least bit awkward, Hans, along with his co-stars Maarten Spanjer and Toon Agterberg, pull out their wangs so they can measure and see who has the longest one. We’ve all done this, right? Hans put his cock back in his pants and moved on to appear in the films Summer Lovers (1982) and The Hes Case (1982). But the movie theater lights went black when Hans committed suicide, leaving all his admirers, fans, and family members with a void that can’t be filled, even after watching his Spetters’ scenes over and over.
