While he’s got a definite hunky East Coast vibe courtesy of his Massachusetts childhood and college education via University of Massachusetts Amherst, Jeffrey had hot Miami dude written all over him for his spy gig, and later, did the whole North Dakota thing pretty well, too, as Dodd Gerhardt in Fargo in 2015. He conquered Los Angeles as Charlie Haverford in Hulu’s Shut Eye series from 2016-2017, and returned to the East Coast to play Detective Frank Cosgrove in Law & Order in 2022. And before all that, you can see him bare-assed and naked as Jeff in the sequel film Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 (2000). Elsewhere on the big screen, his first really big feature film had him playing Addison in Barry Levinson’s Sleepers (1996) alongside Robert DeNiro, Brad Pitt, and Kevin Bacon (very nice start, Jeffrey!), then one as Julio in Bait (2000) with Jamie Foxx. He played Captain JJ.
